About Me

Hello! My name is Trent. I'm a CPA in Oregon serving non-profits, real estate investors, and small businesses with their accounting needs. Here's what I offer:

  • Monthly bookkeeping

  • QuickBooks Online setup

  • Payroll setup (through Gusto)

  • Bookkeeping clean-up (i.e. your books are out of hand)

  • Bookkeeping catch-up (i.e. you are months behind on bookkeeping)

How it works

  1. Free introductory call. Schedule a call to discuss what your accounting needs are and see if we're a good fit for each other. I'll review your books and provide a quote within a few days.

  2. Onboarding. Sign engagement documents. Provide access to existing books, view-only access to bank and credit card, etc.

  3. Clean-up and catch-up. Ordinarily, every set of books need some sort of clean-up and/or catch-up.

  4. Monthly routine. Once all the groundwork is laid, I'll be in a routine of doing your books and providing financial reports.

Basic - starting at $300/month

Best for solopreneurs, organizations with under 50 transactions/mo

  • Books kept in QuickBooks Online

  • Bank and credit card reconciliation

  • Monthly financial statements

Standard - starting at $500/month

Best for businesses with 50-250 transactions/mo

  • Everything in Basic package

  • Payroll via Gusto

  • Light a/p and a/r tracking

Premium - Starting at $1000/month

Best for busy organizations with over 250 transactions/mo

  • Everything in Standard package

  • Inventory Tracking

  • Fixed Asset Tracking

  • Managing W9s and 1099 filing at year-end

Add-Ons

  • Catch-up and clean-up (starting at $3000/calendar year

  • Setting up Payroll in Gusto (starting at $250)

  • 1099 filing at year-end (starting at $150)
